Forest Bank House is a large, two-storey detached guest house in Aberdeen, with 2 twin bedrooms, shower room (recently refurbished), a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful living room and a large garden.

The house is available as either fully self-catering - ideal for those on long visits or business trips, or as self-contained serviced apartment - ideal for those wishing to concentrate on exploring all that the North East of Scotland has to offer.

You will find the house decorated to the highest standard throughout.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and cooker for your convenience. A large supermarket is located nearby.

All bedrooms are equipped with generous storage facilities, include Sky TV and DVD viewing facilities, and are uniquely furnished and presented.

The living room comes equipped with ample seating, a Sky TV and a fireplace. A dining area is provided, as well as a bed settee. There is also a remote control coal effect gas fire.

The garden comes complete with outside dining facilities, a two-seated rocking chair and washing line.
